Join me for live, individual sessions tailored just for you. I’ve been passionate about fitness since 2010 and have years of experience helping women reach their goals. I create customized training programs, guide you through every exercise, correct your technique, and provide ongoing support to make your workouts safe, effective, and motivating

How It Works

3. Join me at the scheduled time via Google Meet or Zoom
4. Follow your personalized workout plan while I provide live guidance and corrections
5. Receive tips and support between sessions to stay on track

All sessions are prepaid. 60 minutes each.

• 1 session per week (4 sessions) – $250 ($62.5 per session)

2-Month Packages (5% Discount)
